In our waterless skincare formulas, water activity is undetectable. Without available water, microorganisms cannot grow, spread, or compromise product safety. This principle is widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food science where long-term stability matters and effectiveness of products must be seen.
No water means no microbial ecosystem.
That’s why properly formulated anhydrous skincare products are naturally resistant to contamination without the required preservatives. We were able to test and prove 24-month PAO (period after opening) on all our products while keeping the integrity of our formulas.
That means zero ingredients supporting “shelf stability” activities and a focus on only skincare supported bioactives for our formulas.
VERIFIED MICROBIAL SAFETY WITH THIRD-PARTY TESTING
Claims mean nothing without testing.
To ensure safety and stability, we partnered with an independent third-party laboratory to conduct industry standard water activity and compatibility testing on all products.
These tests simulate real world conditions in controlled temperature and humidity chambers designed to test shelf life, microbial activity, and water activity over three months.
The results were clear:
- No detectable microbial growth or water activity
- Stable formulas throughout testing supporting 2 years
- Maintained performance of products and use
This confirms that our waterless formulations are not just theoretically safe, but scientifically validated.
CAN WATERLESS SKINCARE BE REFILLED?
Traditional bottles and applicators can have issues with refill (even waterless systems) because they are difficult to clean and keep clean. We focused on custom metal containers that easily wipes clean with alcohol.
