Lucid powder cleanser

I've used this powder cleanser for a few weeks. I have combination, sensitive, acne-prone skin. It did take some getting used to, but I do really like it and will be ordering more. It cleans well, doesn't strip or irritate my skin, and will be very convenient for travel. I've sort of figure out the right amount to use to feel like I'm getting a good clean (which isn't much) and it still isn't going to last 120 uses. A measuring cup built into the lid of the metal container would be a great improvement. I do find that the cleanser cleans best if I take my makeup off first and dampen my face before using it.

it sneaks up on you

Because this powder doesn't foam OR give you a stripped-clean feeling right after using like a lot of other cleansers, I was skeptical. But all it took was one use and I saw a difference - my skin is smooth, dewy, and not overly oily (something I've struggled with for 30+ years). I was drawn to this brand because of their no-plastic packaging, but I can't imagine using anything else from here on out. My skin looks better than it ever has.

Wonderful cleanser

I am 47 years old and have never, until now, found a cleanser that didn't leave my skin tight and dry and screaming for heavy moisturizer. All that changed when I discovered these products, and instead of spending hundreds of dollars on layering products over crazy-dry skin, all I do is wash with this lovely-smelling powder and add a few swipes of Bloom. The combo is the best thing my skin has ever experienced.

Found my favorite

 I'll never go back to plastic packaged cleansers after finding Dew Mighty's Lucid cleanser! It leaves my face feeling fresh, clean and soft without a tight drying feeling. The metal case is lovely and so easy to take when traveling. I'm finding that the product is very long lasting also. I'll be signing up for auto-refill on my next order. I'm very happy with Dew Mighty's products (Bloom is wonderful too) and especially their customer service. Thank you for offering an alternative to plastic products that also work so wonderfully!

Refreshing cleanse 

I have been using Lucid daily for nearly two weeks. I am generally lazy about my skin care and yet I've easily incorporated this into my before-bed routine. I apply it in a light layer and leave it on for a couple of minutes while I clean my teeth; I'm in my 50s so I'm letting my skin really absorb the goodness. Lucid refreshes my skin and doesn't dry it out. I'm combining it with Bloom and the combo has already eased some rosacea on my cheek. These products were expensive for my budget (import duty nailed me too!) and I ordered the trial sizes. I'm happy with the results, and love the non-plastic packaging. Would love it if it was easier to purchase in Canada.

There’s nothing I love more than a simple, sustainable, waterless cleansing routine. I’m obsessed with lucid and having a subscription makes refilling easy peasy. I use lucid and bloom daily and love how my skin looks.

Happily Ever After

Been playing the field for about 40 years now and I’m happy to finally settle down with a skin cleanser that’s good for me. It even gets along with my Mother Earth! I did struggle a bit sharing my shower with Lucid, so now I apply it as a light mask at the sink just before my evening shower then wash and rinse under the water while bathing. I enjoy the softness of my skin from Lucid. Definitely a love match!

Gentle and easy to use

I have been looking for a cleaner to replace Sunday Rileys Ceramic Slip and this is it! It does not leave my skin feeling tight or dry which since I am in my early 40's is something I pay attention to. It is easy to use despite the fact that it is a powder and has a great color once the water hits it (which is fun for some reason lol). I am going on a road trip later this year and I appreciate that this cleanser is compact and light for easy travel.

Thank you for creating this product and the serum bar! I am a vegan/minimalist/zero waster and these are perfect for my lifestyle! I don't do makeup either. Easy to take along on a journey

Received a sample of the new cleaning power.  Neat little container that easily packs for travel -- to anywhere -- from the gym to a overseas jaunt.  Great way to clear away grim and travel dirt !    Will be my go-to Christmas-Birthday-Anyday present for 2022.   ( I earned favorite aunt status  by gifting DEW MTY this past Christmas -- am going  for 2 for 2).

Easy Peasy Switch

Torn between wanting less plastic in my house and my desire for top-notch skin care, I chose to buy the trial sizes to experience DewMighty before committing. I’m in my 50’s but trying to age gracefully. Read: wrinkles can f*ck off. This is a no-brainer. Easy to switch, easy to use. Will be adding Nova to my routine next. How about something with an SPF for daily wear? Because f*ck skin cancer too.

Great way to test the products

I was looking for face care products that didn't create so much landfill waste, offered a refill option, and were made from clean ingredients that wouldn't irritate my skin.  I was excited to test out the lucid cleanser and bloom serum.  I like both products but I feel there is a learning curve on best way to use them. I have sensitive combo skin and found the lucid cleanser would make my skin feel tight after using.  I went back to double cleansing using facial oil and following with lucid.  That combination works really well for my skin.  I felt like my sunscreen and makeup were removed and skin wasn't taught.  My one complaint about lucid is the metal tube the product came in.  I felt it was hard to control how much came out so I transferred it to a glass jar and use a 1/4 tsp to dispense and found this works really well. The bloom serum is nice.  My skin felt moisturized, I had no breakouts, and no problems applying sunscreen or makeup after.  I just found the cube a little awkward to use because it would slip from my fingers as I swiped it on my face and the small pieces near it's end of life become an extra challenge.  Maybe a reusable tube that you can push product up, like a deodorant stick, would work better.  The sample size of bloom lasted me a little over a month.

They’re great sample sizes to try before committing. The mini bag is nice to carry misc items as well.

More than a sample!

This is a great option to try out products before buying a large supply! I thought the sample would only last me one or two days but it lasts for about a week (even longer for the serum bar). This really gives you a chance to try the products consistently to see how they work in your life/routine. One tip for using the cleanser: a LITTLE water goes a LONG way! Like a little drop will activate it enough for a thick mask or scrub. Overall loved these products and will definitely buy again!

Simple, Effective, Eco Friendly

So I bought the deluxe sample and have been using it off and on over the course of several weeks. It has lasted longer than I thought it would. I am comparing this against Blueland's Facial Cleanser (also Zero Waste and a longtime love). This a beautiful cleanser, simple yet effective. It's genuinely a good cleanser. I wear a ton of sunscreen and have issues with clogged pores. My face doesn't feel stripped after using it. It's unscented too which is an absolute must for me. I have eczema, psoriasis, acne, and overall extremely reactive skin. I have had no issues with this. I love how simple it is to use and a little bit goes a long way. I WILL purchase again.
